Art

Home is: My Family

In response to the Norman Rockwell’s call call for art for their #Homeis2020 project, I created this linoleum cut that will soon be printed based off my Great-Great-Grandparents wedding photo. For me, my home has always been my family and this photograph has been the center of focus of ever family holiday since I can remember. Now newly engaged with my Great-Great-Grandmothers ring, I wanted to honor their story and the beautiful gift they passed down to me.
